The Antimonopoly Service of the Republic of Dagestan found the State fiscal institution “Administration of Highways of the Republic of Dagestan” (“Dagavtodor”) guilty of violating the “Law of contract system” when conducting an auction for the restoration of Kaspiysk – Airport highway, RIA “Dagestan” was notified in the press office of Antimonopoly Service of the Republic of Dagestan.
“The Antimonopoly Service received a complaint from SMU-55 Ltd. related to the actions of an unified commission of contractor – “Dagavtodor” – during an electronic auction for the restoration of Kaspiysk Airport highway section of 10 – 10.4 km (starting price was more than 71 million roubles).
